Days 11 and 12-the weekend
Blood sugar coming down. Was the lowest this morning. Yesterday had a few more carbs than usual and was hungrier. Must be a connection. I did not have my usual salad with all the veggies. Really missed it. This week I will shake things around with a different protein with lunch probably tuna. Still love my multi-grain flat bread from Costco.
